In 1999 she became a graphic designer from the University of Buenos Aires and consequently worked as and Typography instructor for the University for the next 10 years.
Since 1996 she has been working independently with her first step taken in the underground and alternative rock scenes. She worked on disc graphic projects. During the following years, she became a specialist in the field and worked with many other Argentine rock musicians as well as folklore and tango. In 2006 she received a Latin Grammy for Art Direction for her work in Café de los Maestros, from Gustavo Santaolalla, which consists in a series of discs, a book and a film. Lately, she has also worked in the editorial design market. Always focusing her work in the cultural universe. She has always been preoccupied with the integration of design with other disciplines that have surrounded her. In collaboration with illustrator Christian Montenegro and writer Dido Grau she co-authored the audio books: Pelonas, mentirosas y haraganas e Cuatro gatos negros flacos. Since 2003 she began to illustrate, firstly her own personal projects e soon after her editorial and fashion clients. She completely edited and illustrated Verdesolar, a poem book written by Victoria Viajera; she also has been involved in numerous artistic projects. Many fashion labels in the USA, Europe and Asia have used her works. The last few years she ministered a series of lectures and workshops in Latin America, where she shares the creative process of her works. Her projects have been edited in books and magazines of the most prestigious publishers of the world. |
