The Dialogo is a multidisciplinary graphic design studio that travels through diverse areas of communication and art. Focusing on production for the cultural sector, the studio creates projects encompassing visual identity, illustration, edition and photography for editors, recording labels, art galleries, artists and institutions that work with culture.
Born in 2006, the studio was invited the following year to share a space with the Atelier Piratininga in Sao Paulo, Dialogo differentiates itself throught the language based in an essential experimentation of techniques and alternative layouts, allied with collective work and each members personal characteristics. In their first year, they worked on the new graphic for the OSESP (Sao Paulo State Symphonic Orchestra) merchandising project. During the same period, they also worked for the Paço das Artes (USP) as well as the SENAC Essential Design and Connection Project The following year they participated in the revitalization and artistic intervention of the Municipal Belmonte Library with the artist Ernesto Bonato, developing all of the signs for the building, new wall painting proposals, reconfiguration and redesigning of the garden, painting of the murals and layouts for the unification of the stationary. In 2008 they worked with some art galleries in Sao Paulo and were consequently invited to participate in a few round table discussions as well as lead some lectures. In 2009, they were contracted by SESC to develop and design panels for some units. Today, they coordinate and develop the Ser y Grafia project, a compilation of serigraphic designs from 8 artists from Sao Paulo and 8 artists from Buenos Aires. |
